Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must operate a legitimate business and provide relevant business information upon request.

Aducot reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its sole discretion.

Minimum Order Requirements

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery methods, and freight arrangements may vary depending on:

Large items such as sheds, gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, and generators may require freight shipping.

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided whenever possible.

Order Processing

Returns & Damaged Products

Wholesale purchases may be subject to different return conditions than retail orders.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or product issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Resale Restrictions

Approved wholesale customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to product resale.

Aducot reserves the right to discontinue wholesale relationships if products are marketed, represented, or sold in a manner that may harm the reputation of our business or suppliers.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at any time if we believe a customer has violated these policies or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized business practices.
